For individual clients we accept payments by cash or bank transfers via payment details provided once the coaching agreement has been signed for agreed sessions. For business customers we accept payments by bank transfers only.
Please note that until we receive payment, we are unable to begin your coaching journey with you.
Individual clients may pay by monthly instalments via debit card or bank transfer. The standard program can be spread over 3 equal payments, paying a minimum of 4 sessions in advance until the 3 instalments are complete.
We are happy to discuss other packages and payment options available where possible. Please discuss this with your coach at consultation.
Please be aware that despite paying monthly the amount paid or outstanding does not reflect the number of sessions completed or remaining in your package.
The standard program must be completed within 4 months of the date of the first session.
Programs longer than the standard program can be completed within 8 months from the date of the first session.
Your coaching sessions will expire if not used within these timeframes. Should you have unused sessions at the expiration date, you cannot extend the original program validity unless you purchase additional sessions with us.
Additional sessions (in blocks of 3, 6, or 12) can be purchased by contacting your coach.
We welcome the opportunity for you to extend your coaching session. Please speak to your coach directly concerning this.
Discuss suitable coaching times and days directly with your coach. Your coach can accommodate sessions around you, Monday to Friday, 9-5, earlier morning sessions (before 9) or evening sessions (after 5pm) if required.
Coaching is an individual journey and each client we work with is different and so are the results. Please do bear in mind that the results you achieve will be dependent on your engagement, effort, openness, and time invested in the process of coaching during session and tasks completed outside your coaching sessions.
Your effort and commitment will make a significant difference in what you are able to achieve on your coaching journey.
If you are unable to make a session, you may cancel or postpone/reschedule your booked session 48 hours prior to the start time of your session directly with your coach.
Cancelling, failing to show for your session or postponing after the 48 hours window means that you will forfeit the session from your package. Should you arrive late for your session, it is at the coach’s decoration to extend the time. You will not be reimbursed for time lost as a result of your lateness.
If you are unsatisfied with your coaching experience after your first two sessions inform your coach and you will be refunded the balance for any remaining sessions which you have paid for by balance transfer.
All information that you share with your coach is strictly private and confidential. Your coach will maintain internal records of your coaching sessions and accurate records of progress can at times be discussed with senior coaches and or during supervision for continued session improvement and quality control.
Your data is always kept confidential and is extremely important to us. No personal information that is provided to us will be shared with any third party.
